Your one-bedroom sanctuary features a luxurious king-sized bed and a spacious open-galley kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. This condo underwent a complete renovation in 2011, where we enhanced it with new furniture, appliances, flooring, bathroom, and kitchen fixtures. Since then, we have diligently updated and refreshed the space at least twice each year to ensure you enjoy a modern and comfortable stay.

Perched on the third floor of the highly sought-after C Building, you can take in mesmerizing views from your lanai. Gaze out over the beautifully landscaped garden and lower pool, all while enjoying a glimpse of the ocean. Alternatively, look left towards the upper pool that offers views of Haleakalā, one of Maui’s iconic volcanoes. The inviting Kamaole II Beach is just moments away from your doorstep.

This upgraded unit features elegant tile flooring, contemporary cabinets, and a chic granite countertop in the kitchen. In light of the recent wildfires that affected Lahaina, we are committed to giving back—10% of our rental revenue is donated to Habitat for Humanity Maui to help rebuild homes lost in the disaster.

Our condo has been fully renovated and furnished to ensure the utmost comfort for guests. While there is an air conditioning unit in the living room, the bedroom faces north, allowing for pleasant cross-ventilation with open windows and refreshing sea breezes. For those who prefer cooler indoor conditions, please consider that this may not be the right fit for you.

Regarding payments, our default policy is a single payment upon booking. If your stay exceeds ten days and you’d like to divide the payment into two installments, don’t hesitate to reach out before booking; we’ll gladly accommodate your request (note that this option is not available for Expedia bookings—Vrbo only due to system constraints).
